A practical guide for learning and moving your own projects forward.

Sound familiar?

Plenty saved.
Not much tried.

You find a useful tutorial and save it. Then another. You start with enthusiasm, but next time you have to work out where you left off.

You have plenty of information. What is missing is a way to put it to work on your own project.

From a goal to your next step

Make your next
step concrete.

Follow Robin learning music production and Sam building a small web app, then see how Brian used the approach to create this book. Robin and Sam are fictional examples; Brian shares his own process.

About the author

Brian van Veen

Why I wrote this

I always have ideas, but I also used to lose track of them. Music production brought that into focus: there is plenty of advice, but how do you choose what to practise yourself?

AI and Notion help me organise my thoughts and record my next step. In this book, I share that way of working. The book and this website grew out of the same process.

A few things to know.

What do I receive?

The English and Dutch editions as separate PDFs, 56 pages each, through Payhip.

Can I read a sample first?

Yes. Read the first six English pages, without leaving your email address. There is also a Dutch preview.

Does AI need to connect to Notion?

Automatic changes need a suitable connection with write access. The book also describes a manual route. You check the results.

Are software subscriptions included?

No. Your purchase is for the guide. AI services, software subscriptions, coaching and a taught course are not included.

Where can I find the public Notion resources?

You can explore the learning workspace and look behind the scenes. The guide adds the instructions, prompts and examples.

Was the book made with AI?

AI helped with writing, the English adaptation and design. Brian is the author. Robin and Sam are fictional examples, not evidence of learning outcomes.
